Beginners Course

Shape Jiu Jitsu welcomes you to our dedicated Beginner Course, a 10-week program meticulously crafted for those new to the art. Under the guidance of our skilled instructors, you'll delve into fundamental techniques, honing your skills and confidence on the mats. With a focus on personalized attention and a supportive environment, our course ensures every participant experiences significant growth.

The course provides entry to two specialized basics classes weekly, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm to 8 pm.

    Our adult program includes Gi and No-Gi classes for all levels, combining technical skill and practical training. Whether for fitness, self-defence, or competition, Shape offers a supportive space to improve and grow. Choose an unlimited membership, 10-class pass, or 5-class pass for flexibility.

    Our kids’ classes build confidence, focus, and resilience through Jiu Jitsu. Programs for ages 6–8 and 9–13 run multiple times weekly in a fun, supportive space that teaches discipline, teamwork, and self-defence. Choose an unlimited membership or a 10-class pass for flexibility.
